This Privacy Policy describes how Don's Tech Rescue LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit donstechrescue.com (the "Site") or submit information through any form on this Site.

This data is aggregated and anonymized — we do not use GA4 to identify individual users by name.

GoHighLevel / HighLevel (Tracking & Forms)

We use GoHighLevel (operated by HighLevel Inc.) as our customer relationship management (CRM) and form platform. GoHighLevel's tracking script is loaded on this Site to measure the source of form submissions and attribute leads to the correct marketing channel. When you submit a form on this Site, your submission data is transmitted to and stored within our GoHighLevel CRM account.

Cookie Types on This Site

• Strictly Necessary: Required for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics & Performance: Help us understand visitor behavior (Google Analytics 4). No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Functional/CRM: Used by GoHighLevel to track form submission sources and store leads in our CRM.

How to Control or Disable Cookies

When you submit a form on this Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in our GoHighLevel CRM. You may receive an automated confirmation email after submitting a form. If you submitted an assessment request, a member of our team will follow up personally within one business day.

Marketing Communications

By submitting a form on this Site, you are not automatically subscribing to a marketing email list. If we send you any email communications beyond a direct response to your inquiry, we will provide a clear and easy way to unsubscribe in every message. We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Data Minimization
