Our Story
Don's Tech Rescue was started to do work like this.
One architecture firm said it all. Fifteen people running on a ten-year-old server, no backups, sharing files on USB drives while paying for tools they never touched. Not because they weren't capable. Because nobody in IT had ever shown up to fix it.
So we did. New workstations, cloud infrastructure, real security, their software running the way it should. They went from firefighting to focused.
That's what Don's Tech Rescue does. When your project is on the line, you get a local owner who knows your setup, picks up the phone, and treats your uptime like it's his own.

Founder & Principle Consultant
Don has spent his career in IT across the Pittsburgh region, in managed services and inside an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment where doing things right wasn't optional. He's done the hands-on work: helpdesk, cloud migrations, networks, and security. He started Don's Tech Rescue to bring that level of care to the architecture, engineering, and construction industry most IT companies overlook.
